Arkansas Bureau Of Vital Records

The term Arkansas Public Records Online public records refer to record that are being kept by the government because the contents of the records are of such importance to the welfare of the public that the law commands that these records should be made available to the members of the community and the public in general. Not all records made by the government would fall under the classification of Arkansas Public Records for there are some records that are still considered to contain sensitive information, but in general, if a record is made by the government, it is supposed to be available for the public to request copies thereof.

Note that the reason that the public make the request for copies of the records in question is so that the public could use the information presented in the same to make informed decisions, but note that the records are rather limited in the sense that they would only be able to prove that which is actually written on the face of the records and nothing else. This means that if the information sought to be proven is not written on the face of the records; then the record could not prove it, necessitating the need to depend on another type of record that, more or less, would also be public records.

As these records are public records, they are supposed to be available to the public at all times, but note that this does not mean that these records come for free, for there would still be some fee that the person making the request would have to pay when making the request for the same. The fee would be very minimal so as not to present a true obstacle to the person who is making the request. These records are also official records, which mean that they are supposed to be given the presumption of regularity such that the contents of the records are presumed to be true and accurate at all times, thus, the party presenting these records need not prove that the contents are true, but because the presumption is applicable only when the records are obtained from the proper sources, they may still have to prove that they had obtained the records from the proper sources.

A request for copies of the records in question could be done at a number of offices, but the first rule that must be borne in mind is that the best place to make the request for copies of the records would be at the office that made the records in the first place, unless the law identifies an official custodian for the records in question, in which case, it would only be at the place of the official custodian where the records could be requested from. The actual method of making the request would depend on the office where the request would be made.

Arkansas Court Records Public Access may also be done online through the use of online databases, though do note that these online databases are not official sources in every sense of that word and because that is the case, any and all information obtained from these sources could not be used for official purposes.
